Tourism Saskatoon is a membership-based, non-profit visitor and convention bureau marketing Saskatoon and region as a destination of choice for leisure and business travel. Services include convention and events attraction, media relations, and membership services advocacy. Tourism Saskatoon is one of only a handful of internationally accredited destination marketing organizations in Canada.

As agency of record for Tourism Saskatoon since March 2012, William Joseph has developed a series of innovative and effective campaigns for the organization resulting in significant positive awareness generation and brand equity.

Tourism Saskatoon Endless Campaign

In early 2014, Tourism Saskatoon required a groundbreaking campaign for the year that would align with its marketing strategy and build upon its brand equity. William Joseph crafted a captivating campaign concept. Entitled “Endless”, the campaign focuses on the remarkable elements that make Saskatoon a special place, including the city’s “Endless Cuisine” and its “Endless Romance”.

William Joseph is continuing to evolve the campaign for use across the country, now leveraging tourist psychographic data collected by Destination Canada. Primarily through print and digital media, the Endless campaign continues to engage and motivate Canadians to favour Saskatoon when selecting a travel destination.

Tourism Saskatoon Experience Pass

In order to motivate tourists to visit Saskatoon and boost hotel sales, Tourism Saskatoon employed WJ to help launch a creative promotional campaign in 2013, called the Experience Pass. To reward customers of participating hotels, the Experience Pass incentivized tourists to participate in activities around the city and stay longer to get more value from the discounted pass. To promote the program, a wide variety of advertising was executed, including radio, digital, and print.
