The Jubilee Auditoria and William Joseph have worked together since 2002. Our relationship with the venues has developed into a true partnership, one fostered by our passion and commitment to building the profile of the Jubilee Auditoria as premier venues in Alberta. From strategic planning to direct mail campaigns, William Joseph is the agency of choice for both the Northern and Southern venues.

From brand strategy and experiential development to print and digital marketing campaigns, William Joseph has seen the Jubilee Auditoria through years of marketing, and continues to work with the organization to maintain the integrity of the brand.

Jubilee – Jube Website

William Joseph wanted to translate the newly developed “Jube” experience to the website to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touch points. As opposed to two separate websites, as the venues had in the past, we decided to combine the websites into one cohesive unit, since many Albertans could easily attend an upcoming event at either location. We also introduced a new integrated search engine for an optimal user experience and updated the imagery to reflect the energy of the venues and the performances they host.

Jubilee – Jube Core Branding

In 2005, both the Northern and Southern Jubilee Auditorium underwent a renovation. The Auditoria engaged William Joseph to rebrand the twin venues in anticipation of their relaunch. For the first time, both venues would share elements of a unified brand, yet still retain their own identity. William Joseph collaborated with the planning teams and interior designers on the project, which enabled us to ensure a consistent experience for patrons across venues, collateral, and online.

In 2008, William Joseph rejuvenated the brand further. We conducted a strategic review of the Jubilee Auditorium’s marketing plan. Research was conducted across the province and key stakeholders were interviewed in order to uncover key insights about the brand and its opportunities from a brand-marketing perspective. We introduced a new visual theme, one that borrowed concepts from the previous branding, and introduced the tagline, “It’s all at the Jube”, to make the venue feel more accessible and relevant to all patrons.
