After completing a thorough analysis of PBA, its industry and competitors, we defined the brand’s essence as “Legacies Built Together” which captures how PBA is a relationship-focused property manager committed to empowering tenants and connecting businesses with the right spaces. From here, we devised a strategic marketing plan aimed at building brand equity and recognition, better engaging key partners and ultimately increasing tenant lead generation. To honour PBA’s legacy and celebrate a new era of development, we implemented initiatives aimed at enhancing a refined and consistent brand identity, while promoting PBA as an established leader in property management and development.
We developed a new website with fresh, user-friendly navigation and a property showcase aligned with PBA’s enhanced brand standards. Our team’s tactical recommendations helped convey PBA’s market strength by both announcing their momentous new development projects and by paying tribute to the legacy and reputation PBA has built over the last fifty years.
We’ve designed new branded, marketing collateral pieces for PBA to more effectively showcase their brand essence and community contributions. We created a stylized brochure for PBA’s new landmark hotel property, The Autograph Collection by Marriott that succeeds in positioning the brand as a property management leader through striking graphic elements and bold design.
